Boil one Teaspoon (5 gm) of the mixture of both these medicines + bark of pipala or ficus religios (5 gm.) + bark of nimba or Azadirachta indica (5 gm.) by adding 400 ml. of water till 100 ml. remains, strain it out, and take before breakfast & dinner.
