Shipping & Returns

Delivery of Products:

Parcels to overseas countries and different locations in India are delivered by Registered Parcels of Indian Postal Department.

 Deliver Time Period:

All orders received by 5PM IST are dispatched with in 72 hours of the receipt of order. Orders received on Sundays & Holidays are shipped on next day due to the unavailability of Postal Services.

The Packages are delivered within two to three weeks in overseas countries & one week in different locations in India.

N.B.:
1. Dispatch of parcel depends on availability of items in stock. If any of the items is not available in stock, then the dispatch can be delayed.
2. We are not responsible for any delay on part of Customs or Postal Department.

Shipping Charges:

The shopping cart adds shipping charges as per the weight of the items and packaging.

N.B.: On account of a few problems incurred in delivery through couriers, we have decided to dispatch shipments through registered Parcels of Indian postal department only.

Returns:

A returned parcel, because of incorrect address or postal discrepancies, will be resent to its destination, on request of the person concerned, but postal charges, whatsoever for sending it second time charged from him/ her. Amount equal to the cost of items contained in a returned parcel will be banked in the account of concerned person, on his/ her request, in the event of non delivery of parcel due to reasons whatsoever may be.
